Register a return shipment

Register your return via our return portal: https://labelish.returnista.com/. Enter your order number and email address and select the products you want to return or exchange. Then follow the steps in the portal to submit your return. After registration, you will receive further instructions for sending your return. Returning products is at your own expense and risk.

Note: if you return more than 4 items, a charge of €0.50 per additional returned item will apply. After registering your return, the package must also be sent within 3 days. Returns sent later may be refused by us.

Send return shipment

Carefully pack the items you want to return, preferably in the original packaging. Drop off your return shipment at a shipping point according to the instructions from the return portal. It is also possible to hand in your return personally to us.

Note: the customer bears the risk of the return shipment until the package is received by us. We therefore advise you to keep your shipping receipt safe. Make sure the return shipment is returned to us within 14 days after registration.

Exchange

Prefer a different size? No problem. When registering your return via the return portal, you can indicate that you want to exchange the item and select the desired size. Return costs are the customer's responsibility; we pay the new shipping costs.

Refund

After receipt in our warehouse, your return will be processed and refunded within 10 working days via the original payment method. Once the return shipment is processed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

If you chose Klarna as your payment method, your Klarna invoice will be automatically adjusted or canceled.

Paid with a credit code? The amount will be reactivated under the respective code after returning.

General return conditions

  • Register your return within 14 days of receipt via the return portal and ensure your order is returned to us within 14 days. Otherwise, we cannot accept the return.
  • The items must be returned unworn and/or unwashed.
  • The items must be free of food, makeup stains, and body or cigarette odors.
  • The items must not be altered or redesigned.
  • The original hang tag must be attached to the item.
  • If reasonably possible, the item should be returned in the original packaging.
  • The customer bears the risk of the return shipment.
  • Insufficiently prepaid or unpaid return shipments will not be accepted.
  • If our return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the product and charge the shipping costs.
  • Gift cards and/or vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged wholly or partially for cash.

Sale

Sale items may be returned but will not be refunded. Only a credit voucher will be issued for these.

Complaints & Warranty

At Labelish, we strive for the best quality and service. If something is wrong with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Did an item arrive damaged or stained? This must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by email to info@labelish.com. Please include your order number and, if possible, a photo.

Note: we do not offer a washing guarantee. Once an item has been washed, we can no longer accept it for return or warranty. We also do not guarantee decorative applications such as studs, glitter, stones, and sequins. Pants with destroyed details may be damaged when trying on; we do not take responsibility for this. Loose finishing threads are not considered defects. Pilling of clothing is a natural process caused by friction with other materials and is therefore excluded from our warranty. This also applies to loops, hooks, or fuzz formation on knitted and woolen sweaters and cardigans.
