Product of Maat Not Available
When a product or a specific size is temporarily out of stock, it cannot be ordered. If the product or size is not listed on the webshop or is not clickable, it is currently unavailable. Enter your email address and receive an automatic notification when the product or size is back in stock.
Track your order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from PostNL with your tracking number. Click on the link to track the status of your order.
Cancel Order
Cancelling an order is possible within 24 hours after placing it by sending an email to info@labelish.com mentioning the order number.
Discount code
If you have a discount code, you can enter it during checkout. After applying the discount, the remaining amount must be paid using one of our payment methods.
Payment
Payment options
All payments are processed by our partner Mollie. Once your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We offer the following payment methods:
1. iDEAL: Pay easily and securely via your bank's payment application. The following banks offer iDEAL: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, ING, KNAB, Rabobank, Regiobank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, and Van Lanschot.
2. Credit card: Enter your credit card details securely through our secure SSL procedure. We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. Once the issuer has approved your payment, we will ship your order.
3. Checkout:
- Log in easily with Touch ID, email, or PIN.
- Pay your invoice with one click.
- Turn on your notifications to receive reminders for due dates.
- Manage your return via the Klarna app and temporarily pause your invoice.
- Move the due date of your invoice payment if necessary.

Gift card or Voucher
You can pay for your order with a Labelish gift card or voucher.
Delivery
Free Shipping
Customers within the Netherlands enjoy free shipping on all orders over €74.95. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be charged.
Delivery time
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Not Home
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note in your mailbox. You can track your package with the tracking number you received.
Delivery address
You can have your order delivered to your home or to a PostNL pickup point. Unfortunately, after placing your order, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
Order Not Delivered / Incorrect / Incomplete
If you order multiple products, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. We will inform you about this in a timely manner. Track your packages with the tracking number you received. If the delivered order does not match the placed order, please contact our customer service at info@labelish.com.
Order Cannot Be Delivered
We carefully keep track of our online inventory. In rare cases, a product may not be available. If this happens, we will inform you within five working days and refund your purchase amount within 14 days. For Klarna orders, your Klarna invoice will be canceled.
Postage costs
For orders with a total amount of €74.95 or more, Labelish does not charge shipping costs. For orders below this amount, the shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
