Returns & complaints
Is something not to your liking and do you want to return an item? No problem, we are happy to assist you with your return shipment. You can register an order within 7 days of receipt and return it within 14 days.
A fee of €15 will be charged for refusing a delivery. This also applies if a package is not picked up at a pickup point and is automatically returned after the maximum storage period has expired.
Register Return
Register your return by sending an email to info@labelish.com. Include your name, order number/invoice number, product(s), and any reason for the return. Fill out the enclosed return form completely and include it with your package. Pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging and attach the provided address label to the bag/box. (Returning products is at your own expense and risk.)
Return Shipping
Drop off your return at a PostNL or DHL point, or have your package picked up at home. It is also possible to come and drop off your return with us.
Attention! The customer bears the risk of the return shipment. We advise you to always keep your shipping receipt safe. Ensure that the return shipment is back with us within 14 days.*

Exchange
Prefer a different size? No problem! Mention this during your registration and on the included return form. The return costs are for the customer, we will cover the new shipping costs!
Refund
- Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. You will receive your original purchase amount back in the account used for payment within 14 days.
- If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, your Klarna invoice will be automatically adjusted or canceled.
- Paid with a credit code? The amount will be reactivated under the respective code after returning.
General Terms and Conditions for Returns
- Register your return within 7 days of receipt via info@labelish.com and ensure that your order is returned to us within 14 days. Otherwise, we cannot accept the return. If this is not possible, please send us an email and we will look for a suitable solution.
- The items must be returned unworn and/or unwashed.
- The items must be free from food and makeup stains, body and cigarette odors.
- The items may not be modified or redesigned. If the item is defective, no attempts may be made to rectify the defect.
- The original hangtag must be attached to the item.
- If reasonably possible, the item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The customer bears the risk of the return shipment.
- Insufficient or unfranked returns will not be accepted.
- Inform us about a defective product and/or delivery errors within 5 days of the delivery of your order. If possible, include a detailed description of the issue and multiple photos (a close-up and a full-size image of the defective/damaged product).
- If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the product and charge the shipping costs.
- Gift vouchers and/or vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for cash.
Sale
Sale items may be returned, but we do not refund them. A credit note will be issued for this.
Complaints
Is the zipper of a product broken? Has your order not arrived? Whatever complaint you have, please let us know as soon as possible. You can contact our customer service via email at info@labelish.com. Please send us your order number and a photo (if applicable). We will assess your complaint and try to resolve the issue to everyone's satisfaction. We will respond to your email within a few working days. If we need more time for the assessment, we will inform you in a timely manner.
